This is the first time I have actual news to break.

After a lunch with Rep. Chaka Fattah who represents the second district of Pennsylvania, I can say with 100% certainty that he will be endorsing either Hillary Clinton or Barack Obama, and from the verbal clues I picked up, I can report with about 80% certainty that

Rep. Chaka Fattah will be endorsing Senator Barack Obama by December 21.

I will let ya’ll know if my informed prediction turned out to be correct ASAP.

Also, look forward to my coverage of the Republicans tonight or tomorrow. It will include limited thoughts on today’s Des Moines Register Debate which by all accounts, including mine, was not very noteworthy other than a solid showing by Fred Thompson.
